Supporting the Armed Forces Community in Liverpool
Submatter attended Check Below Decks, an armed forces community event in Liverpool, alongside around 80 companies who came to show their support. Clatterbridge gave a presentation on prostate and bowel cancer, a timely reminder of why awareness and early checks matter for everyone working in transport and logistics.
Reclaim the Night with Willows301
Submatter joined around 200 people at Reclaim the Night in Victoria Park, Widnes, a walk for women's safety organised by Fortuna Female Society and led by the police. The evening supported Willows301, a charity offering specialist support for anyone affected by domestic abuse. Our Training Co-ordinator Elisha Appleton went along for Submatter and met Emma, the charity's CEO, on the night.
